PolyOne: Halogen and phthalate-free TPEs

PolyOne offers a broad range of different TPE series for all kinds of applications. Recent developments include OnFlex HFFR TPEs for wires and cables. They are halogen and phthalate-free. Other TPE series include Versaflex, Dynaflex, Dynalloy OBC compounds, Versalloy TPVs and Versollan TPUs. PolyOne also supplies TPEs based on renewable resources.

Besides its TPE product range PolyOne will showcase its OnColor Complete liquid colourant system, Smartbatch colourant and additive system for WPCs, Edgetek AM RoHS-compliant polyamide compounds and Edgetek XT BPA-free blends. Furthermore, the company will inform about compound, additive and colourant solutions for photovoltaics under the OnColor Solar and Smartbatch Solar brand. ECCOH Solar-T LSFOH jacketing and insulation compounds provide an environmentally friendly flame retardant solution for wire and cable. OnCap Solar dry silane crosslinking wires and cables concentrates deliver fire safety and long term ageing performance. Trilliant HC are compounds to be introduced for the European market at K 2010. They feature base materials that comply with regulatory requirements, including USP Class VI, ISO 10993, and FDA.
