Reactive moisture scavenger for polyurethane systems
The Korean company Young's Corporation has launched Supersorb TI (p-Toluenesulfonylisocyanate), a reactive monofuctional isocyanate of low viscosity which reacts with water generating an inert amide (fig. 1). The new product eliminates slight parts of humidity and prevents moisture-related problems in the formulation of polyurethane coatings.

Graco launches new integrated series of Reactor proportioning systems
Graco Inc. recently unveiled the new Reactor E-30i and Reactor E-XP2i integrated proportioning systems at the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) Expo in Dallas, TX, USA. Designed for polyurethane foam or polyurea applications, the integrated systems combine an electric Reactor proportioner and a diesel generator into one package. According to the company, complete turnkey models are also available with a fully integrated air compressor and three-stage air dryer.
