In November 2011 a new pan-European distributor has started market activities: Dreyplas GmbH, based in Meerbusch, Germany. The company’s diversified portfolio comprises raw materials, additives and processing aids for plastics converters and compounders as well as for the producers of adhesives, paints and coatings, chemicals and building materials. The majority of its products are sourced from Far East manufacturers often backed up by long-term supply agreements. [image_0]

Hexpol has announced the completion of the acquisition of Müller Kunststoffe. Müller Kunststoffe will be consolidated as of January 2012 and will be a part of business area Hexpol Compounding. The acquisition price adjusted for acquired net debt amounts to 39 million EUR in cash and is funded by a combination of cash and existing bank loans, said Hexpol in a statement issued today.
