Albis Plastic receives international distribution rights from Uteksol

With immediate effect, Albis Plastic GmbH, Hamburg, assumes the international marketing of the TPE products of Slovenian Uteksol d.o.o. The sales agreement applies to all Albis' sales offices and areas of responsibility. This was announced in a statement issued 25 August.

"The expansion of the TPE portfolio of Albis Plastic to include the Uteksol products is an important step for us. It is the perfect complement to our established TPE portfolio which is already successful in nearly all sales regions," said Hans Rukes, head of Technical Compounds division at Albis Plastic. "The Solplast brand from Uteksol, which is particularly well-established in south-eastern Europe, has a lot of potential for further international markets," said Wilhelm Lemme, TPE product manager at Albis Plastic.

About Uteksol
Utekso has been compounding special TPEs under the brand name Solplast based on SEBS, SEEPS and SBS for over 30 years. The company, which has been certified according to ISO 9001:2008, has ca. 70 employees at the site in Slovenj Gradec in Northern Slovenia.
