Hexpol completes acquisition of Horst Müller Kunststoffe

Müller has two production units in Lichtenfels, Germany. The company has an estimated annual turnover of approximately 46 million EUR with around 90 employees.

Hexpol Compounding has been focused on the development and production of advanced rubber compounds. Since the acquisition of Elasto in April 2010 it is also operating in the TPE market. With the acquisition of Müller Kunststoffe Hexpol now further enlarges its TPE portfolio.
