Manuela Gehringerstudied Plastics and Elastomer Technology at the Technical Institute in Würzburg and has been working since 2004 in the Materials Development Department of ALLOD GmbH & Co. KG. Harald NeumeierStudied Material Science at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen and
had been working for several years as Project Engineer at the BMW AG inMunich concentrating on plastics development and corrosion protection. In2007 he moved into Product Management at DELO Industrial Adhesives inWindach.
