The Smithers Rapra training course Polyurethanes: An Introduction – Science, Applications, Technology will take place twice this year in Shawbury, Shropshire, UK. Available course dates are 4 – 5 June 2013 and 1 – 2 October 2013. The course provides a simplified explanation of the manufacture of polyurethanes, the chemistry, and how additives are used to achieve the modifications that make these materials so versatile. The structure of the polyurethanes supply chain will also be explained in relation to the process stage and application.
