New glass fibre reinforced polyether TPUs

High stiffness, very good impact resistance and flexibility even at low temperatures – these are the strengths of new glass fibre reinforced polyetherdiol based thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs). Bayer MaterialScience AG and geba Kunststoffcompounds GmbH developed the new TPU materials and they complement the recently introduced glass fibre reinforced polyester TPUs of the same product family.
