The European Coatings Show plus Adhesives, Sealants, Construction Chemicals will be taking place from 19 – 21 March 2013 in Nuremberg, Germany. A new feature of the biennially held exhibition for the international coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals industry is a pavilion for young innovative companies from Germany, sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The offer at the exhibition includes e. g. raw materials, laboratory, production, testing and measurement equipment as well as services. In 2011, 887 exhibitors from 45 countries presented their product spectrum to some 26,000 visitors. The exhibition is being organised by NürnbergMesse GmbH.

In addition, the European Coatings Congress will be held contemporaneously from 18 – 19 March 2013. In 2011, the congress featured around 150 papers in 25 sessions and was attended by 648 participants from 40 countries. Congress organiser Vincentz Network GmbH & Co. KG has issued a call for papers: Abstracts of current developments in the production and formulation of paints, coatings, construction chemicals, and adhesives can be submitted until 31 August 2012.
