Abonnement-, Bezugs- und Lieferbedingungen
Der Jahresabonnementpreis für 12 Ausgaben beträgt 280,- EUR (plus Versandkosten (Inland 15,- EUR; Ausland 20,- EUR)). Einzelheft 25,- EUR (Inlandspreise verstehen sich inkl. der jeweils gültigen Mehrwertsteuer). Bestellungen nehmen der Verlag und alle Buchhandlungen im In- und Ausland entgegen. Eine neue Abonnementbestellung gilt zunächst nur für das laufende Kalenderjahr. Das Abonnentment verlängert sich automatisch, wenn nicht sechs Wochen vor Ablauf des Kalenderjahres schriftlich gekündigt wird. Die Abonnementgelder werden jährlich im voraus in Rechnung gestellt und bei Teilnahme am Lastschriftverfahren über die Postscheckämter oder Bankinstitute abgebucht. Sollte die Fachzeitschrift aus Gründen, die nicht vom Verlag zu vertreten sind, nicht geliefert werden können, besteht kein Anspruch auf Nachlieferung oder Erstattung vorausbezahlter Bezugsgelder. Gerichtsstand für Vollkaufleute ist Ratingen, für alle übrigen gilt dieser Gerichtsstand, sofern Ansprüche im Wege des Mahnverfahrens geltend gemacht werden.
