The eleventh edition of Asia's largest woodworking machinery, furniture production, and interior design trade fair, CIFM / Interzum Guangzhou, will open its doors from 28 March – 1 April 2014 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Pazhou) in Guangzhou, China. The event has been extended to five days from the initial four and will be held concurrently with the China International Furniture Fair (CIFF). Held annually since 2004, the 2013 event featured 1,095 exhibitors on over 130,000 m2 of floor space, according to the organisers Koelnmesse and China Foreign Trade Centre (Group). The co-located events attracted a combined 60,975 visitors in 2013.
The 2014 show will span across 13 halls and more than 130,000 m² of exhibition space. Over 1,100 exhibitors from more than 30 countries are expected to showcase a mix of the latest technology in furniture production and woodworking and over 60,000 visitors from China and abroad are expected during the five show days.
Some key players of the industry have confirmed to return to the 2014 event, like Homag, SCM, IMA, Leitz, Schattdecor, Rehau, Titus, FGV, Bekaert, Deslee Clama, Okin, & Latexco, etc.
