Call for papers: Asiatec 2011

The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) is recruiting speakers to present papers at the first Asia­tec 2011 conference, a wide-ranging plastics technical conference designed as an Asian counterpart to SPE’s renowned Antec in North America.

The Asiatec will take place 15 – 17February2011 in Tokyo, Japan, and will be conducted in English.

Papers are invited in the following areas: nanotechnology, composites for automobiles, packaging products, green plastics and biomass plastics, medical plastics and bioplastics, poly­mer processing, engineering properties and structure, thermoplastic elastomers, optics and optical devices, and life-support plastics.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is 1October2010.
