Loparex and Infiana: Acquisition complete and moving to integration
Loparex and Infiana announced that the transaction to acquire Infiana has been completed and the integration into Loparex has begun. According to the two companies, Infiana’s expertise in highly engineered films and Loparex’s leadership in speciality release liners complement each other well. The combination will build stronger release liner capabilities and strengthen their global position, which will enable a stronger support to its customers’ growth plans, said the companies.

Loparex is a manufacturer of silicone release liners, serving customers in a diverse range of end markets, including medical, industrial, tapes, graphics, hygiene, label and composites. The company has operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Infiana is a specialist for engineered polyolefin films serving functions in a diverse range of growth industries, including personal care, health care, building & construction, composites, and pressure sensitive applications. Infiana has two manufacturing locations in Forchheim, Germany, and Malvern, USA.
