Personnel changes at Goodyear
Mike Dwyer has been appointed as chief marketing officer, and Mike Dauberman has been named as chief digital officer – a newly created role – for Goodyear’s North America consumer business. Both will report to Scott Rogers, who was named president, North America Consumer, for Goodyear.
Dwyer will be responsible for brand, product and retail/shopper marketing, interactive/e-commerce, market research, and Goodyear Racing. He joined Goodyear in 2014 as marketing director for its North America consumer business. He later became global head of brand marketing. Prior to Goodyear, Dwyer worked for Unilever. Dauberman will focus on continuing to strengthen Goodyear’s connected business model and leading a Digital Center of Excellence for the region. He joined Goodyear in 2011 and was previously senior director, Marketing + Interactive. Prior to Goodyear, he worked for Norwegian Cruise Line.
