Huntsman and Saudi-based Al-Zamil Group have announced that their joint venture, Arabian Amines Company, has broken ground on its world-scale ethyleneamines project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The partners expect to finish construction of the 27,000 t/y facility by the end of 2009.
