Baulé: PU systems and tailor-made dosing equipment

Headquartered in Romans, France, this 50:50 joint venture between Bayer MaterialScience and Michel Baulé SA is a leading manufacturer of cast PU elastomers and dispensing machinery.

Three-component universal dispensing machine U3M

Baulé offers the widest possible range of castable urethanes based upon TDI, MDI, quasi-MDI, quasi-NDI, NDI, and PPDI prepolymers with polyether, polyester, and polycarbonate polyols. New H&S-friendly cast systems based upon amine-crosslinked MDI prepolymers and quasi-MDI prepolymer systems using a mercury-free catalyst will all be highlighted during the event.

The latest developments in the company's range of machinery will include low pressure dispensing equipment capable of processing systems with up to 60 % filler and en­ables the use of recycled cast PU particles to produce cast components that do not require high performance properties.

Last but not least, Baulé will present a three-component universal dispensing machine with output of up to 10 kg/min, the U3M machine.
