From 14 – 16 February 2012, the 12^th Tire Technology Expo will be the meeting place for the tyre and automotive industry in Cologne, Germany. According to the organiser UKIP Media & Events, the trade fair is Europe’s leading international tyre design and tyre manufacturing exhibition and conference. The exhibition offers a technology showcase covering materials and equipment through the full spectrum of the tyre manufacturing process. Commencing one day before the expo and main conference, the four-day 37^th Tire Mechanics Short Course of the University of Akron, the two-day Rubber Materials Short Course of the Queen Mary University of London and TARRC, the two-day Basic Rubber Compounding Course of Polymer Recyclers Ltd., as well as the one-day Tire Mathematical Modelling Course of the Coventry University will be held. Furthermore, the annual “Tire Technology International Awards” will be presented.
