The third Thai international plastics and rubber exhibition Tiprex 2011 will be jointly organised by the Thai Plastic Industries Association, the Federation of Thai Industries - Plastic Industry Club and Messe Düsseldorf Asia from 31 August – 3 September 2011 in Bangkok, Thailand. According to the organisers, Thailand is expected to have an economic growth of 5.8 % next year. Furthermore, automobile production in Thailand is forecast to grow by 175 % between 2009 and 2014, reaching 2.5 million vehicles. The 2009 event attracted some 8,000 visitors as well as 200 exhibitors from 20 countries.
