RTP establishes operation in Brasil

RTP Company has opened a sales office and warehouse in Brazil. It is located in Alphaville, Barueri, Brazil near Sao Paulo and will provide sales support and a distribution point to Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

"The booming economy in Brazil is in need of more sophisticated plastic compounds to respond to increased demand for domestically produced products from the automotive, consumer goods, and energy markets," according to Jean Sirois, Director of Sales - South America at RTP Company.

This is RTP's first operation in the Americas outside the NAFTA region. It comes just one-year after opening a manufacturing site in Monterrey, Mexico which has allowed the company to better service the Central and South American regions.

RTP Company do Brasil is managed by Joao Fernando Campos Pinheiro, RegionalSales Manager - Brazil and Mercosul.
