Simple spray system with low entry costs

Era Polymers has created a solvented polyurethane spray elastomer system with very good abrasion resistance. The product can be be applied with standard airless spray equipment and is supplied in pre-weighed kits packaged in such a way that all three components can be mixed together in the part A pail.

The new spray elastomer Eraspray ES81A HB offers rapid build-up of the coating which can be applied in thicknesses 3?–?4 times thicker than conventional solvented spray elastomer systems without cracking due to its flexibility. The coating is fully cured after five days at room temperature and provides excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and bond to most substrates subject to the correct preparation.
