Fouletier new Chairman of the Board of Perstorp
“Over the last couple of years I have been occupied with an increasing number of different assignments in addition to the Board of Perstorp. After a careful consideration I have decided to step down from my role as Chairman of the Perstorp Board. I wish my Board and Perstorp colleagues’ future success”, Lennart Holm said.
“Lennart Holm has served Perstorp and its owners, employees and customers in a tremendous way during his 12 year service at Perstorp, first as CEO and later as Chairman and we regret his departure from the company. As a representative of the shareholder, PAI, I would also take the opportunity to highlight his significant contribution to PAI, as Partner and Head of the Capital Goods sector team during the years 2006 – 2010. Nevertheless, we very much respect his decision to leave given his many other assignments and we wish him all success in his other duties and undertakings”, said Fabrice Fouletier.
