Norres: Conductive hoses with safety clamp system

The antistatic hoses of the Gelsenkirchen-based hose manufacturer Norres Schlauchtechnik GmbH & Co. KG are finding new markets since the introduction, last year, of TRBA 2153 throughout Germany.

Safety clamp system Connect 230 for reinforced PU hoses for loading and unloading of silo vehicles

This new regulation poses challenges to hose manufacturers, who supply transport hoses into
hazardous areas. Norres has launched its permanently antistatic PUR AS hoses to meet this new regulation: The hoses Airduc, Protape, and Barduc PUR AS use a special wall material without migrating antistatic agents.

In addition, the company supplies a safety clamp system called Connect which allows PU hoses to be clamped to all standard connection types. A full range of PUR AS hoses and clamps will be presented at K 2010.
