Rim Polymers to exhibit at Utech Asia 2014

At the exhibition, Rim Polymers will showcase a range of automotive interior parts which were made with the use of its GMA brand high pressure PU machines and the plants which they have supplied to various OEM suppliers, such as Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Mercedes Benz, Toyota etc.

Apart from the automotive interior parts, Rim Polymers says it has extensive experience as a supplier of complete PU foaming lines – both continuous and discontinuous – for the production of insulation panels.

Furthermore, having the expertise in planning and execution of 141B phase out projects according to international safety requirements, Rim Polymers says it has worked successfully with many end users and chemical suppliers in China and the Asia-Pacific region on the implementation of cost-effective phase-out programmes.

Rim Polymers says it has also developed a patent-pending premix system for mixing various types of eco-friendly blowing agents with raw polyol. According to the company, the proprietary system has been used by several major refrigerator makers in China to develop their own formulated PU systems with better insulation value and at a lower cost.
