Isocyanates for PUDs and CASE applications

Vencorex, a joint venture between PTT Global Chemical and Perstorp, will present its wide range of isocyanates at the European Coatings Show from 19 – 21 March 2013 in Nuremberg, Germany.

Vencorex is a producer of aliphatic isocyanates (HDI, IPDI, Tolonate, and Easaqua) and aromatic isocyanate (Scuranate TDI) used in PU coatings, adhesives, elastomers and inks. Tolonate aliphatic polyisocyanates are used as crosslinkers for PU coatings and adhesives, offering high durability and non-yellowing properties upon ageing, with high solids, low VOC options. The Easaqua grades are self-emulsifiable polyisocyanates used as crosslinkers for environmentally-friendly waterborne PU alternatives to conventional solvent-based coatings. In addition, the company will highlight its HDI and IPDI isocyanate monomers as building blocks for polyurethane dispersions (PUD) as well as its Scuranate TDI aromatic isocyanates for CASE applications.
