Saip equipment for two insulation projects in Central and South America

Saip has recently concluded agreements for the implementation of two projects for the insulation of residential doors with polyurethane low-density rigid foam, the first in Mexico and the latter in the Dominican Republic. Each project involves the use of a new line unit equipped with a high-pressure foaming machine.

The project in Mexico involves the installation of a high pressure dosing machine model Saip SPB 100 complete with two fully automated mixing heads that will be integrated on the line, increasing the performance and quality, thanks to a special delivery system that ensures an optimal and balanced distribution by adapting to the injection hole.

The project in the Dominican Republic involves the installation of a high pressure dosing machine model Saip SPB 40. The line is equipped with a system with motorised carriage dedicated to the mixing head: with a total length of 20 m, it can easily reach and serve the ten presses of the production plant, says Saip.

According to the company, both machines are equipped with flow rate, ratios and magnetic coupling controls on the side of the isocyanate pump, able to ensure proper functionality in every condition of use. The high-pressure machines model SPB are already designed to be retrofitted for the use of pentane as blowing agent.
