Cold Jet takes over IceTech

Cold Jet with global headquarters in Loveland, OH, USA, announced that it has completed the acquisition of IceTech, a manufacturer of dry ice blasting and dry ice production equipment as well as automated solutions.

The acquisition agreement was closed on 13 January 2016 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Financial details were not disclosed. Founded in 1998 in Denmark, IceTech says it has supplied equipment to more than 180 countries around the world, both directly and with its network of more than 30 distributors. According to Cold Jet, the combined company operates global facilities, including in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Spain, Japan, and China.
