Chemspec establishes subsidiary in Mexico

Chemspec. Ltd., a company of the Safic-Alcan Group, announced that it has formed the new subsidiary Chemspec Mexico S. de RL de C.V. based in Mexico City.

The subsidiary will offer, throughout all regions of Mexico, a large portion of Chemspec’s portfolio of speciality and commodity chemical additives and speciality polymers. In addition, it will provide sales and technical support to the rubber compounding industry, such as tyre and technical rubber production, while also supporting the other Mexican CASE market segments, the company said.
