VersaFlex and Renner Coatings agree on partnership for Brazil and Chile
VersaFlex Incorporated announced that it has signed a co-labelling agreement with Renner Coatings for the Brazilian and Chilean markets. Effective immediately, Renner Coatings will have access to the full line of VersaFlex’s pure polyurea coatings, linings, sealants, and repair materials under the name RenFlex.
Renner Coatings, in addition to providing polyurea systems, will provide training and qualification to applicators, specifiers, engineers, etc. in conjunction with Polyurea University, taught by Dudley Primeaux II, PCS, a leading expert in Polyurea technology.
“The agreement between VersaFlex and Renner Coatings is promising and meets our goal to increasing our presence in South America,” said Todd Gomez, International Sales Manager at VersaFlex Incorporated.
“We are excited to be working with Renner Coatings, the largest 100 % Brazilian coating company,” said Fernando Costa, Sales Manager at VersaFlex South America. “It will allow us the opportunity to provide our high quality polyurea coating systems to Renner Coatings customers in markets not previously available.”
The agreement between VersaFlex Incorporated and Renner Coatings will provide high-performance polyurea protective coatings for a wide variety of applications in a variety of industrial sectors, including but not limited to: infrastructure projects, oil and gas, water and energy, mining and chemicals.

Renner Coatings is a division of the Brazilian group Renner Herrmann SA, founded in 1927. In Brazil, the company owns a manufacturing complex located in the city of Curitiba, state of Paraná. In Chile, Renner Coatings operates two factories located in Santiago as well as a unit in Antofagasta.
