Era Polymers expands into Africa
Era Polymers announced that it has joined forces with the South African company Diverse Urethanes (Pty) Ltd. to create Era Polymers (Africa) Pty Ltd., based in Johannesburg, South Africa. According to Era Polymers, the partnership with Diverse Urethanes in creating Era Polymers (Africa) has considerably strengthened both companies’ position in the PU business in Africa. Alf De Vincentiis of Diverse Urethanes and his team will manage the new company. Diverse Urethanes is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of formulated PU systems. Its product portfolio includes PU elastomers, rigid and flexible PU foam systems and PU construction chemicals. Era Polymers is an Australian owned and operated business which has been manufacturing polyurethanes for over 30 years. The company has four manufacturing sites across Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, supported by a dedicated R&D Centre in Sydney.
