Gummiwerk Kraiburg successful at the German Rubber Conference (DKT) 2018

Gummiwerk Kraiburg GmbH & Co. KG announced that the German Rubber Conference (DKT) 2018 in Nuremberg was a complete success for the manufacturer of rubber and silicone compounds. At the event, the company presented expansions to its product portfolio, advanced developments of cleaning compounds for injection moulding machines and fouled vulcanisation moulds, as well as innovations for the lightweight construction industry.

In addition to raw materials, compounds, processing and testing, the agenda at this year’s conference also included current trends such as sustainability, new technologies and increasingly dynamic markets. Furthermore, Gummiwerk Kraiburg also presented cleaning compounds for cleaning fouled vulcanisation moulds, Kraibon a material with good adhesion to FRP (FRC, GFRP, SMC, etc.) as well as metals, in addition to the development of an optimal bond between fabric and rubber designed with new properties to withstand extreme pressure conditions, which makes it ideal for use in hoses.
