Feica webinar: Complying with the REACH restriction on diisocyanates
According to Feica, the association of the European adhesive and sealant industry, in August 2020 the European authorities passed a regulation revising the REACH regulation to restrict the use and market introduction of diisocyanates. The new restriction requires training prior to use for adhesives and sealants containing polyurethane. As of 24 August 2023, successfully completed training will be required for all professional and industrial users of products with a total monomeric diisocyanate concentration of > 0.1 %.
On 26 May 2021, Feica will host the webinar “Complying with the REACH restriction on diisocyanates” to inform about the requirements and how the adhesives and sealants industry is preparing to ensure compliance. The association will elaborate on the impact of this REACH restriction and the way it affects the different actors in the supply chain.
