Saip Equipment: Presentation of latest technologies at Utech Europe 2021

The Italian company Saip Equipment with headquarters in Romanò di Inverigo (Como) will showcase its latest technologies for the polyurethane industry at Utech Europe 2021 (stand B15) from 16 – 18 November 2021 in Maastricht, The Netherlands. Saip said that despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, the company has improved its technologies and designed new solutions, addressing urgent demands for energy savings and circular economy. At the trade show, Saip will present the following highlights:

• Butterfly: a software suite – entirely designed and developed by Saip – that gathers and elaborates complete and complex process data, offering significant improvements for the process itself, in terms of productivity, traceability, maintenance with consequent costs reduction; an artificial intelligence serving human needs, adaptable to any production plants.
• Repur: provides the design and manufacture of customised systems for the production of panels made of recycled powders. Through a chemical and mechanical process, powders deriving from the processing of polyurethane, chipboard MDF and other recycled mixtures are transformed into a workable material with considerable properties.

In addition, the company's product portfolio for polyurethane processing comprises, e.g., continuous and discontinuous production lines for sandwich and composite panels, complete foaming lines for the refrigeration industry, systems for pre-insulated pipes production and for the insulation and reinforcement of pipe junctions, high and low pressure dosing units for a wide range of applications as well as special technical solutions including multi-station turntables, gasketing plants, presses for moulds, flammable liquid and gaseous material storage systems.
