Hallstar names three new board members
These additions bring the company’s board of directors to six members. Conaty served as President of Global Adhesives HB Fuller and led a workforce of more than 2,600 employees in 38 countries, with revenues of more than USD1billion.
Prior to founding Sovereign Specialty Chemicals in 1994, Covalt spent 36 years with Morton Chemical. Before founding Capital Concepts Holdings, LLC in 1998, Hallene co-founded and later sold MaxMiles, a data-consolidation company. He is also a partner with CapX Partners.
