Axel appoints new President

Jacob (Jake) Axel has assumed the position of President of Axel Plastics Research Laboratories.

The former President Frank Axel will remain with the company in the capacity of Chairman and CEO. Jake Axel represents the third generation of family leadership for the New York-based company. In 2009, he was elected to the American Composite Manufacturers Association Board of Directors. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Membership Committee of the Pultrusion Industry Council.
