Lapolla names new CFO

Lapolla Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of insulation foam, coatings, and equipment, has appointed Charles Zajaczkowski as its new Chief Financial Officer. He reports directly to Douglas J. Kramer, Lapolla’s CEO and President.

Zajaczkowski has held executive positions within the foam, coatings, and equipment sectors, bringing industry management experience in P&L optimisation, operational turnarounds, cash flow management, strategic visioning, and profit maximisation, to the company. From 2003 – 2009, he was President of Komo Machine, Inc. He was also the President of Futura Coatings from 2001 – 2003. Previously, from 1995 – 2000, he held the position of CFO with IPI International Inc.
