VIETNAM: PTT, Saudi Aramco get government OK for Vietnamese refinery & pc project
The USD 22-billion project includes a 400,000-b/d refinery and the production of about 5-million t/y of olefins and aromatics.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2016 with production planned to begin in 2021.
