CAMBODIA: FGVH to develop upstream, downstream plantation business
Chief executive officer-designate Dr Emir Mavani Abdullah said that apart from marketing its products, including palm oil-based products in Cambodia, FGVH was also planning to set up rubber plantations in this country.
“Actually, we had expected the opportunities for rubber plantations here. That is why we opened a management office in this country,” he said.
Felda chairman Tan Sri Isa Samad officiated the opening of the operations office in Phnom Penh last Saturday (22 June 2013).
