DuPont announces name for new spin-off
The spin-off will operate under the name The Chemours Company (short version Chemours). From January 2015 until spin-off, which is anticipated to be mid-2015, both businesses will be operating within Chemours as a 100 % DuPont owned subsidiary. The Viton fluoroelastomer portfolio is part of the spin-off.
