IISRP elects new members

The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers, Inc. (IISRP) has elected Dow Chemical and Golden Tex Company, Inc. as its new members.

Dow is a producer of EP and EPDM elastomers. According to the IISRP, Dow was previously a member through its European operations of the BR and SBR business which was spun-off as Styron and sold. Luis Cirihal, Global Business Director, will be the Director Representative to the IISRP and Barton Bowser, Global Product Director, will serve as the Alternate.

Golden Tex, headquartered in Houston, TX, USA, is a distributor of synthetic rubber. Kelly Reynolds will serve as liaison to the IISRP and her alternate will be Eric Jan.
The IISRP is an international not-for-profit trade association with over 50 corporate members, domiciled in 23 countries. Its producer members represent more than 85 % of the global synthetic rubber capacity. Incorporated in 1960 and headquartered in Houston, TX, USA, the IISRP supports section offices in Milan, Italy, and Tokyo, Japan.
