Management change at Simrit

In his last position as Sales Director Europe/Export, Caro has already helped to shape the Simrit business at an international level and has expanded the, for Simrit strategically important, global trade business over a number of years.

The qualified merchant in wholesale and foreign trade has been with Simrit, his fifth stage of his career, since 2005. Customers appreciate not only his professional expertise, but also among other things the fact that he, a Spaniard living in Germany, is fluent in five languages.

Caro will succeed Dr. Jan Gupta, 44, who has been successful in setting up the Simrit business world-wide over the last eight years.

Gupta will take on a new position at a higher level at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as of 1 January 2012. He will lead the biggest division within Freudenberg Sealing Technologies with more than 5,000 employees across 14 sites world-wide. In 2011 it achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 600 million; its core product is the Simmerring.
