Gründken appointed to Technical Manager at Kuraray Europe
Within the elastomers division of the Japanese speciality chemicals company he is working at the interface between Research & Development as well as production in Japan and customers in Europe. His activities include regulatory and compliance affairs, application development and technical service for the company’s Septon and Hybrar HSBCs as well as the Kurarity TPEs based on acrylic block-copolymers and the KLR Kuraray liquid rubbers.
Before joining Kuraray, Gründken worked for five years in different positions at Nordenia AG, mainly in R&D and application technology. He holds a diploma in plastics technology from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Germany. In his new position Gründken reports to Jörg Oertel, head of business unit Elastomers of Kuraray Europe.
