NIGERIA: Quantum Petrochemical breaks ground for USD 1.5-billion Nigerian petchem complex
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan attended the ground breaking and noted the project will “put Nigeria on the global map for petrochemicals processing.”
Saipem has been appointed project developer and IHS has been identified as the consultant. Further details, including production capacity and expected construction schedule were not given.
