BASF increases prices for higher alkylamines in Europe

With immediate effect, or as existing contracts permit, BASF is increasing the sales prices for higher alkylamines in Europe as follows:

Monoethylamin (MEA 70%)     + 40 EUR/t
Diethylamin (DEA)     + 80 EUR/t
Triethylamin (TEA)     + 90 EUR/t
Monoisopropylamine (MIPA)     + 200 EUR/t
Monopropylamine (MPA)     + 80 EUR/t
Dipropylamine (DPA)     + 90 EUR/t
Tripropylamine (TPA and TPA+)     + 100 EUR/t
Monobutylamin (MBA)     + 150 EUR/t
Dibutylamin (DBA)     + 170 EUR/t
Tributylamin (TBA and TBA+)     + 180 EUR/t
Octylamine (OA)     + 220 EUR/t
2-Ethylhexylamine (2-EHA)     + 160 EUR/t
Di-2-Ethylhexylamine (Di-2-EHA)     + 170 EUR/t
Tris-2-Ethylhexylamine (Tris-2-EHA)     + 180 EUR/t
Tridecylamine (TDA)     + 250 EUR/t
Di-tridecylamine     + 250 EUR/t
Diethylethanolamine (DEEOA)     + 110 EUR/t

or by the corresponding amount in local currency. These products form the starting material for the production of various intermediates that are used for example in the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, rubber and coatings industries.
