Bauza-Petrovic joins IISRP as Director of Programs

Effective 13 August 2012, Roxanna Bauza-Petrovic has joined the staff of the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers, Inc. (IISRP) and will serve as the Director of Programs.

She succeeds Dr. Kuo-Liang Leon Loh who will be joining the Lanxess-TSRC joint venture as CEO in Nantong, China.

Bauza-Petrovic’s career began at Industrias Negromex, S. A. de C. V. in 1999 where she held a number of positions until 2003 when she transferred to Dynasol, LLC as marketing specialist. In 2009, she served as Dynasol’s representative on the Americas Section Statistical Committee and as the Institute’s Statistical Committee Chair. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero and is now working on an executive MBA.
