Edwards succeeds McElya as CEO of Cooper Standard

Jeffrey S. Edwards, 50, succeeds James McElya as President and CEO of Cooper Standard, Novi, MI, USA. McElya has retired as an executive of the company as of 15 October 2012.

Edwards most recently headed the Automotive Experience Asia group for Johnson Controls, Inc. He previously served as Group Vice President and General Manager for Automotive Experience North America and also as Group Vice President and General Manager for product and business development for Johnson Controls.
