PU China 2010 preview: Sunkist

Sunkist Chemical Machinery Ltd. supplies plants and equipment for the production of flexible and rigid PU foam as well as various types of foam cutting machines.

At PU China, the company will exhibit the following machines:

The SA-1AF Promix is a foaming machine for the continuous production of flexible PU foam in square blocks. The output rate can be up to 650kg/min. Additional equipment such as chillers, infrared-heaters, moving side walls, and RS systems can be added on request.

The SA-2AHP heavy duty horizontal cutting machine can cut high density foam blocks into thin sheets and is suitable for cutting synthetic rubber foam, EVA foam, cork, and rebounded rubber, among others. The cutting thickness can vary from 0.5–150mm, depending on the type of material.

The multi-purpose, automatic CNC contour cutting machine SA-14AVHK features two different directional cutting blades. One cutting blade serves for horizontal contour cuts and the other for vertical contour cuts. According to Sunkist, the machine is suitable for either big scale production with a single product or for small scale production with various types of products.
