UTECH Europe 2012: Hennecke

The company’s comprehensive product portfolio comprises high pressure metering machines, mixheads, machines and systems for elastomers, moulded parts, refrigeration equipment, sandwich panels, slabstock and recycling plants, as well as mould carriers, tank farms and peripheral units.

The spotlight will be on innovations in fibre-reinforced structural elements and equipment to make “formed in place“ foam gaskets. Different fibre-reinforced structural elements for automotive components using high pressure resin transfer moulding (HP RTM) will be on display. According to Hennecke, the improved version of the classic RTM gives users unlimited capacity for producing large volumes. The company also offers a tailor-made Streamline machine concept to fit. A new metering machine will also be introduced for use in formed in place foam gaskets. A new MT 3 mixhead for very small outputs (starting at 1.5  g/s per component) will also be on display.
