UTECH Europe 2012: Laader Berg

Laader Berg’s multi-purpose Maxfoam technology provides cost efficient machinery for the continuous manufacture of flexible slabstock, due to its optimal use of chemicals and low operating cost.

The Maxfoam machines can additionally be equipped for conventional liquid lay-down foaming with hanging mixer, traverse system, and extra fall-plate sections. This provides the ability to eliminate “pinholes” from the foam block by introducing the chemical mix to the fall-plate through an overhead traverse. The ability to produce custom foam types and “pinhole”-free foam, provides the option for wider and more diverse foam production possibilities without compromising quality or standard, says Laader Berg.
