Perstorp strengthens distribution in Italy and San Marino

Perstorp and Milano Colori have signed a new and extended distribution agreement for the sales of Perstorp’s products to the coatings and coating resins market in Italy and San Marino.

Besides its traditional role as a distributor of the coalescing agent NX 795 in the Italian market, Milano Colori will also assume responsibility for distributing the company’s range of building blocks for the coating and resins markets, including pentaerythritol, trimethylolpropane, neopentyl glycol, and its range of speciality polyols and caprolactones for these applications. In addition, Perstorp has signed a new distribution agreement with Reschem Italia SpA for selling its products to the adhesives, sealants, elastomers, plastic polymer additives, and synthetic lubricants markets in Italy and San Marino. Reschem will market various Perstorp products, including polyalcohols, organic acids, caprolactones, and speciality polymers. Perstorp says both collaborations will complement its own sales force in serving small and mid-sized customers.
