Nina Patisson new CEO at Albrecht Bäumer

As of 1 July 2013, the Albrecht Bäumer GmbH & Co. KG has appointed Nina Patisson, 36, great-granddaughter of the company founder, to its Board of Management. Patisson replaces her father Helmut Kritzler, who retired after 43 years of service with the company.

Alongside Stephan Halstrick, incumbent CEO since 2011, she will particularly attend to the fields of service, marketing, IT, finance, and human resources.

Patisson, who holds a master’s degree in business administration, had initially worked in the project controlling of a systems building company in Germany and France before she joined Bäumer as Director of marketing and service in 2011.
